How Starcap
Markets works.

Last updated Oct 28, 2026

Everything you need to know before you commit, in plain words: how the launchpad takes commitments, what you own, what it costs, and what happens in every outcome.

Overview

Starcap is the home for tokenized space assets. Starcap Markets is where you get exposure to private space companies before they list.

The Starcap Markets launchpad lets eligible people outside the US commit USDG to buy into private space companies through SPVs. Each company has its own round and its own token.

Nothing on this page is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, anything in a place where that would be unlawful. It is not investment, legal or tax advice. Private-company exposure and digital assets are high risk, and you can lose everything you commit.

How the launchpad works

You commit from your own wallet, in USDG, on Robinhood Chain. The first time, you sign the launchpad terms. After that, each commitment is just an amount and a transfer.

The five steps of a commitment. You sign the terms once per wallet; after that, you only send USDG.
  1. Connect your wallet. Use a self-custody wallet on Robinhood Chain.
  2. Confirm you are eligible. You confirm you are at least 18 and not a US person. See Eligibility and KYC.
  3. Sign the launchpad terms once. Signing is free and happens in your wallet. One signature covers every commitment from that wallet.
  4. Send USDG to the round's multisig. The minimum is $1,000 per commitment.
  5. See your position. The launchpad shows what you have committed to each round.

The rules in short

  • USDG on Robinhood Chain only. No other token, no other network.
  • $1,000 minimum per commitment. A smaller transfer breaches the terms. Starcap may return it or ask you to top it up.
  • Commit as often as you like from the same wallet. Every transfer adds to your position in that round.
  • Each round has its own multisig. The multisig you send to decides which round your USDG counts for.
  • Direct transfers count. USDG sent straight from your wallet to a round's multisig is picked up automatically within about 5 minutes.
Round multisigs

Robinhood Chain only. Never send from an exchange. Send from the wallet that signed the terms, or your transfer may not count and may not be returnable.

The three rounds

All three rounds run on the same schedule and the same rules. Each one graduates at $200K and targets $500K. Starcap may accept more than the target.

How much a round has raised

Each round shows how much it has raised so far. That total can include USDG held for the round in the Starcap treasury, and the page says when it does.

Graduation

A round graduates once $200K is committed. From then on the deal can go ahead, and commitments can no longer be refunded unless the deal is canceled.

Deadline

The deadline is Nov 30, 2026, end of day UTC. Starcap may extend a round's deadline once, and will show the new date on the page.

Fees and token tax

There are three costs, the same for every round:

  • Launchpad fee. Rounds that graduate carry a launchpad fee. Starcap will confirm the amount.
  • 1% token tax. Once a token trades on Uniswap, every buy and sell carries a 1% token tax.
  • 1% pool fee. The Uniswap pool charges its own 1% fee on each trade, on top of the token tax.

There is no management fee or carry, and you pay your own network fees.

When a token trades on Uniswap after launch. Half of the 1% token tax deepens liquidity and half buys back RKST.
  • Half of the token tax deepens liquidity in the token's pools.
  • Half buys back RKST on the open market. RKST is the Starcap team's token.
  • The pool fee is the standard fee charged by the Uniswap pool.

Terms and deal details can change. If anything changes that affects you, committed wallets are told first.

Ownership structure

Each token is an equal share of an SPV position that a Starcap entity holds in the company's shares. All three tokens use the same ownership model, and each deal has its own SPV.

From the company's shares to your wallet. Your token tracks the SPV position; it is not a share in your name.
What this means for you
  • No shares are registered in your name.
  • You get no votes and no information rights in the company.
  • Private-company transfers can be restricted by the company.

Holder rights

This section sets out what the launchpad terms say about your rights as a holder.

What the terms say

  • Payout. At an IPO or acquisition, the position is sold after any lock-up, typically about six months. The net proceeds are paid to holders pro rata in USDG.
  • KYC at payout. An identity check is needed when you claim your payout. Claimed tokens are burned.
  • No exit, no payout. If the company never lists and is never acquired, there is no payout.
  • Redemption. Only as a whole block. A holder of a token's entire supply can take the SPV interest in their own name, after KYC and subject to the SPV manager's approval.
  • Limit on liability. Starcap's total liability to you is limited to the USDG it received from you and has not returned.

After a round graduates

Once a round graduates, Starcap closes the deal and turns the position into tokens.

From graduation to trading. There are no refunds once a round graduates, unless the deal is canceled.
  1. Starcap completes the SPV deal. It wires the payment and signs the subscription documents.
  2. The position is tokenized. Starcap turns the SPV position into the round's token.
  3. Tokens are airdropped. Each wallet that committed receives its share, pro rata to what it committed.
  4. Trading opens on Uniswap after the airdrop.
How many tokens you get

Your share of the round. The token count is set when the deal closes, because it depends on how much the round raises and how large an SPV position Starcap buys with it.

What happens if

The short version: a graduated round goes ahead with no refunds. A round that did not graduate, or a deal that is canceled, opens refunds on request.

Refunds open in two cases only: the round did not graduate by the deadline, or Starcap cancels the deal.

The round does not graduate by the deadline

After the deadline you can request a refund on the page, from your position. It is paid in USDG to the wallet that sent the commitment.

Starcap cancels the deal

You can request a refund, even if the round had graduated. Same process: from your position, paid in USDG.

I sent less than $1K

That breaches the terms. Starcap may return it or ask you to top it up. Use Get help so the team can sort it out with you.

I sent from the wrong wallet, an exchange or the wrong network

Starcap is not responsible for assets sent this way and may not be able to return them. Use Get help straight away with the transaction details.

I sent USDG before signing the terms

The transfer is recorded, and your position shows a note that it arrived before the wallet signed. Use Get help and the team will tell you what to do next.

The company lists or is acquired

The position is sold after any lock-up, and holders are paid pro rata in USDG. You complete KYC when you claim, and claimed tokens are burned.

The company never lists

Payout comes only at an IPO or an acquisition, so there is no fixed date. Until then you can hold the token, or sell it once trading opens. If there is never an exit, there is no payout.

I want to sell before an IPO

Once trading opens on Uniswap there is no vesting or lock-up on the token, so you can sell any day. The price can move above or below the value of the underlying shares, and liquidity can be thin. The token tax and pool fee apply.

Refunds

Refunds are available in two cases only:

  • The round did not graduate by its deadline. Requests open after the deadline.
  • Starcap cancels the deal.

Once a round graduates, commitments cannot be withdrawn or refunded unless the deal is canceled.

How to request one

  1. Open the round on Starcap Markets and connect the wallet that sent the commitment.
  2. Choose Request refund on your position and sign the request in your wallet. Signing is free.
  3. Your position shows Refund requested. Once the USDG is sent it shows Refunded, with a link to the transaction.
How refunds are paid

In USDG on Robinhood Chain, to the wallet that sent the commitment, for the amount Starcap received. No timeline is promised; you will be told when it is sent.

Tokens

  • Issued on Robinhood Chain by Starcap Incorporated: $BLUE, $VARDA and $STARCLOUD.
  • Airdropped after the SPV purchase to each wallet that committed, pro rata.
  • Traded on Uniswap v4, against USDG and RKST.
  • No vesting or lock-up on the token once trading opens.
  • Burned at payout. When you claim your share of the proceeds, the claimed tokens are burned.

Only trust token addresses published by Starcap on starcap.xyz.

Multisigs and safety

Each round's multisig is a Safe on Robinhood Chain. A Safe is a shared wallet that needs more than one signature to move anything. Each round's Safe needs two signatures to move USDG.

Staying safe

  • Check the address against this page and the launchpad before you send. Compare the first and last few characters.
  • Ignore any other address. If someone sends you a different one, in a message or anywhere else, do not use it. Tell us at admin@starcap.xyz.
  • Never share your seed phrase or private key. Starcap never holds your keys and never needs them.
  • Transactions cannot be reversed. Send the right asset, on the right network, to the right address.

Eligibility and KYC

To use the launchpad you must be:

  • at least 18,
  • not a US person,
  • not a citizen or resident of a sanctioned jurisdiction, and
  • not a Prohibited Person, meaning anyone subject to US, EU, UK or UN sanctions, or acting for one.

You confirm this yourself when your wallet connects and when you sign the terms. It is self-certified.

When KYC is needed
  • Not to commit.
  • Not to receive your tokens.
  • Yes at payout after an IPO or acquisition, or to redeem.

Starcap may ask earlier only if it needs to confirm that you are eligible.

Getting USDG on Robinhood Chain

To commit you need two things in your wallet on Robinhood Chain: USDG to commit, and a little ETH to pay the network fee.

  1. Use a self-custody wallet such as MetaMask, Rabby or OKX Wallet.
  2. Add Robinhood Chain to your wallet with the settings below, if it is not there already.
  3. Get a little ETH on Robinhood Chain for gas, by bridging it from another network.
  4. Bridge or swap into USDG on Robinhood Chain, using a service you trust that supports it.
  5. Check your balance before you commit. Make sure the USDG is on Robinhood Chain, in the wallet that will sign the terms.

Never send from an exchange

Exchanges send from their own wallets, not yours, so the transfer would not come from the wallet that signed the terms. Move your USDG to your own wallet first. If you are unsure about any step, use Get help in the launchpad before you send.

A special purpose vehicle: a company set up to hold one investment. Here, each SPV holds shares in one private space company.
USDG
A US dollar stablecoin. The launchpad takes USDG on Robinhood Chain, and refunds and payouts are paid in it.
Robinhood Chain
The blockchain network the launchpad and tokens run on. Its chain ID is 4663, and gas is paid in ETH.
Multisig or Safe
A shared wallet that needs more than one signature to move anything. Each round has its own Safe, which needs two signatures.
Graduation
The point where a round reaches $200K committed. After it, the deal can go ahead and there are no refunds unless the deal is canceled.
Airdrop
Sending tokens straight to wallets. After the SPV purchase, Starcap airdrops each round's token to the wallets that committed.
Token tax
A 1% charge on buys and sells of a token on Uniswap after launch. Half deepens liquidity and half buys back RKST.
Launchpad fee
A fee on rounds that graduate. Starcap will confirm the amount.
Pool fee
The 1% fee charged by the Uniswap pool on each trade, on top of the token tax.
KYC
Know your customer: an identity check. Needed at payout or redemption, not to commit.
US person
Broadly, a US citizen or resident, or a company or other entity set up in the US. US persons cannot use the launchpad.
Prohibited Person
Anyone subject to US, EU, UK or UN sanctions, or acting for the benefit of such a person.
RKST
The Starcap team's token. Each token trades against RKST as well as USDG, and half of the token tax buys RKST back.

The launchpad terms and the Legal page govern. This page explains them in plain language. If anything here differs from them, they apply.

The launchpad terms are version LP-5, Oct 29, 2026. You can read them in the launchpad before you sign.
